Graf法超声在发育性髋关节异常筛查中的应用

【摘要】：目的探讨Graf法超声在婴幼儿发育性髋关节异常筛查中的应用价值。方法选择2 306例0~6个月婴幼儿(4 612个髋关节)采用Graf法超声进行筛查,并对异常髋关节进行随访。结果Ⅰ型髋关节3 913个(84.84%),Ⅱ型693个(15.03%),Ⅲ型6个(0.13%)。随访的431个异常髋关节中有311个Ⅱ型、4个Ⅲ型髋关节转为Ⅰ型,93个Ⅱ型髋关节无转型,18个Ⅱa型转为Ⅱb型,5个Ⅰb型转为Ⅱ型。结论 Graf法超声筛查婴幼儿发育性髓关节异常是安全、有效的,有利于DDH的早发现、早治疗。
