乳腺结核超声造影表现的初步研究

【摘要】：目的分析超声造影在乳腺结核诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析23例经病理证实为乳腺结核患者声像图,总结常规超声及超声造影特点。结果 23例乳腺结核常规声图像表现为结节型(18例)及窦道型(5例)。超声造影表现为3种类型:Ⅰ型(11例):病灶环状增强,内部无增强;Ⅱ型(7例):病灶弥漫性不均匀增强;Ⅲ型(5例):病灶不规则增强,内部条带状增强及多处无增强区。结论超声造影可显示乳腺结核病灶的内部血供情况,准确判断其病理形态,在乳腺结核的诊断中有一定的应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast tuberculosis. Methods the ultrasonographic features of 23 patients with pathologically proved tuberculosis of breast were analyzed retrospectively.
