脊髓原发性黑色素瘤1例报道

【摘要】：正[病例资料]患者,女,52岁,因无明显诱因下出现右侧肢体活动不灵力9个月入院。查体全身皮肤及黏膜未见黑色素瘤样病变,右腕关节以上肌力Ⅴ级,右手指掌曲活动正常,背伸动作受限,拇指、示指明显,右下肢肌力Ⅴ级-,右侧巴氏征(-)。脊髓MRI检查(图1)示C2~5水平脊髓内见卵圆形异常信号影,T1WI上呈高信号,内见斑点状低信号,T2WI上呈低信号,内见斑点状高信号,
