产前多普勒超声诊断单脐动脉、持续性右脐静脉胎儿与畸形的关系

【摘要】：目的探讨产前多普勒超声诊断单脐动脉、持续性右脐静脉胎儿与畸形的关系。方法选取2011年1月至2015年5月在我院进行产前多普勒超声诊断的胎儿220例,根据超声诊断结果将其分为单脐动脉胎儿160例(A组)和持续性右脐静脉胎儿60例(B组),分析并比较两组胎儿合并畸形的情况。结果 A组胎儿中有46例合并畸形,检出率为28.8%;46例合并畸形胎儿中15例为心脏异常,11例为泌尿生殖系统异常,10例为神经系统异常,其他为骨骼及肢体异常、胸部异常及颜面部异常,分别为5例、3例与2例。B组胎儿中15例合并畸形,检出率为25.0%;15例合并畸形胎儿中4例为心脏异常,4例为骨骼及肢体异常,3例为神经系统异常,2例为消化系统异常,1例胸部异常,1例为泌尿生殖系统异常。结论患有单脐动脉、持续性右脐静脉的胎儿具有较高合并畸形的概率,临床上进行产前超声检查对预防胎儿畸形,提高新生儿出生质量具有非常重要的价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prenatal diagnosis of single umbilical artery Doppler ultrasound, the relationship between persistent right umbilical vein and fetal malformation. Methods from January 2011 to May 2015 for prenatal Doppler ultrasound diagnosis in our hospital 220 cases of fetuses, according to the results of ultrasonic diagnosis can be divided into single umbilical artery (A group) and 160 cases of fetal persistent right umbilical vein 60 cases (B group), two groups were analyzed and compared with fetal deformity. Results in group A in 46 cases of fetal malformation, the detection rate was 28.8%; 46 cases with fetal malformation in 15 cases of cardiac abnormalities, 11 cases of genitourinary abnormalities, 10 cases of neurological abnormalities, other abnormal the bones and limbs, chest abnormalities and facial abnormalities were 5 cases, 3 cases and 2 cases in group.B in 15 cases of fetal malformation, the detection rate was 25%; 15 cases with fetal malformation in 4 cases of cardiac abnormalities, 4 cases of abnormal bone and limbs, 3 cases of nervous system Abnormal, 2 cases of digestive system abnormalities, 1 cases of chest abnormality, 1 cases of genitourinary abnormalities. Conclusion patients with single umbilical artery, persistent right umbilical vein malformation fetus with high probability of clinical prenatal ultrasound examination was performed on the prevention of fetal malformations, has very important significance to improve the quality of neonates.
