【摘要】：目的探讨胎膜早破孕妇血清脂多糖结合蛋白(LBP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)变化情况及与绒毛膜羊膜炎的关系。方法选择2014年1月-2015年12月足月胎膜早破孕妇80例为观察组1,未足月胎膜早破孕妇80例为观察组2,同期正常足月孕妇80例为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法测定血清LBP和IL-6水平。结果观察组1和观察组2血清LBP和IL-6水平均高于对照组(P0.05),观察组2血清LBP和IL-6水平高于观察组1(P0.05);观察组1和观察组2孕妇绒毛膜羊膜炎的感染率分别为25.0%、36.3%高于对照组3.8%;胎膜早破患者中,绒毛膜羊膜炎孕妇血清LBP和IL-6水平高于无绒毛膜羊膜炎组(P0.05);绒毛膜羊膜炎Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级孕妇血清LBP水平高于绒毛膜羊膜炎Ⅰ级(P0.05),绒毛膜羊膜炎Ⅲ级孕妇血清LBP水平高于绒毛膜羊膜炎Ⅱ级(P0.05)。结论胎膜早破孕妇血清LBP和IL-6水平升高,未足月胎膜早破孕妇血清LBP和IL-6水平升高更显著;胎膜早破合并绒毛膜羊膜炎孕妇血清LBP水平升高,且与绒毛膜羊膜炎的程度有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the serum lipopolysaccharide binding protein (LBP) in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes. Methods 80 pregnant women with term premature rupture of membranes from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as observation group 1. 80 pregnant women with premature rupture of unmatured membranes were treated as observation group 2, and 80 normal term pregnant women as control group. Serum LBP and IL-6 levels were measured by Elisa. Results the levels of LBP and IL-6 in observation group 1 and 2 were higher than those in control group (P 0.05). The levels of serum LBP and IL-6 in the observation group 2 were higher than those in the observation group (P 0.05). The infection rate of chorioamnionitis in observation group 1 and observation group 2 was 25.0% and 36.3%, respectively, which was higher than that in control group (3.8%). In patients with premature rupture of membranes, the levels of serum LBP and IL-6 in chorioamnionitis pregnant women were higher than those in non-chorioamnionitis group (P 0.05).
