【摘要】：探讨深部热疗联合化疗治疗复发性卵巢癌的近期疗效。将68例复发性卵巢癌患者随机分成研究组和对照组,各34例。对照组采用多西他赛+洛铂方案全身化疗,研究组在此基础上加用腹盆腔深部热疗。治疗后研究组的肿瘤缓解有效率、癌抗原125(CA125)控制有效率、腹水控制有效率明显高于对照组;CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+明显高于对照组;Ⅲ+Ⅳ度胃肠道反应、Ⅲ+Ⅳ度骨髓抑制发生率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗3个月后研究组癌症患者生命质量量表各项评分显著高于对照组(P0.05)。深部热疗联合化疗可提高复发卵巢癌患者的近期疗效和生命质量,毒副反应降低。
[Abstract]:To investigate the short-term efficacy of deep hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer, 68 patients with recurrent ovarian cancer were randomly divided into study group and control group. 34 cases each. The control group was treated with docetabine regimen and the study group was treated with deep abdominal and pelvic hyperthermia. After treatment, the effective rate of tumor relief was obtained in the study group. The control rate of cancer antigen 125 CA125) and ascites control rate were significantly higher than that of control group.
