【摘要】：正1.病例摘要病例1:患者23岁,主因"停经6个月余,突发间断性下腹痛7h"于2013-05-27入院。患者平素月经规律,末次月经2012-11-04,未定期产前检查。入院当日晨06:15突发下腹痛,呈阵发性,伴恶心、呕吐、头晕、乏力、心慌及肛门坠胀感,无晕厥,可自觉胎动,就诊于当地医院。B超提示左盆腔低回声包块,腹腔积液,血红蛋白(Hb)88g/L,以"卵巢囊肿蒂扭转"转入本院。既往体健,孕1产0。入院查体:体温36.9℃,脉搏90次/分,血压90/60mm Hg,贫血貌,宫底28cm,胎心60次/分,未及宫缩。腹软,子宫右侧下段压痛(+),反跳痛(±),子宫张力
