体外受精子代小鼠性成熟期心血管功能的评估

【摘要】:目的探讨体外受精(IVF)子代心血管系统的安全性。方法利用C57BL/6J小鼠建立IVF子代小鼠模型(IVF组,n=12),以C57BL/6J自然妊娠子代小鼠为对照组(n=12),观察比较小鼠性成熟期的体质量、血压,并利用彩色超声评估其心脏结构及功能。结果 12周龄IVF组子代小鼠的体质量[(26.13±4.58)g]高于对照组[(22.50±2.37)g],差异有统计学意义(P0.05);仔鼠的血压组间无统计学差异(P0.05)。彩色超声显示仔鼠心血管功能的主要指标(对照组,IVF组),左心室射血分数(65.41%±5.26%,65.77%±6.71%)、左室短轴缩短率(35.41%±4.05%,35.81%±4.84%)、颈动脉中内膜厚度[(0.05±0.01)mm,(0.05±0.01)mm]等无统计学差异(P0.05);左房内径[(2.13±0.12)mm,(2.25±0.10)mm]、左心室质量指数[(8.24±0.46)g/m~2,(11.87±2.03)g/m~2]、主动脉内径[(1.33±0.06)mm,(1.45±0.11)mm]3项指标IVF组显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论 IVF子代小鼠与自然妊娠小鼠相比,部分心血管指标存在差异,提示IVF对性成熟期子代小鼠的心血管结构与功能可能存在潜在的影响,需要更多的远期随访。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the safety of cardiovascular system of IVF offspring in vitro fertilization. Methods the IVF progeny model was established in C57BL / 6J mice and the control group was C57BL / 6J natural pregnancy offspring. The body weight and blood pressure of the mice during sexual maturity were observed and compared. Results the body weight of offspring mice in 12-week-old IVF group [26.13 卤4.58g] was higher than that in control group [22.50 卤2.37g], the difference was statistically significant (P0.05g), and there was no significant difference in blood pressure between neonatal mice (P0.05G). Main outcome measures of cardiovascular function in neonatal rats (control group, IVF group, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF): 65.41% 卤5.26), left ventricular mass index (LVMI), left ventricular short-axis shortening rate, left ventricular short-axis shortening rate and left ventricular short-axis shortening rate were 35.41% 卤4.84 卤35.81% 卤4.84 卤35.81% and 35.81% 卤4.84, respectively. There was no significant difference in intima thickness (0.05 卤0.01 mm, 0.05 卤0.01 mm), left atrial diameter [2.13 卤0.12 mm, 2.25 卤0.10 mm], left ventricular mass index [8.24 卤0.46 g 路m-1 路m-1], aortic diameter, aortic diameter, [1.33 卤0.06 卤0.45 卤0.11mm] IVF group was significantly higher than the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion compared with the natural pregnant mice, the IVF offspring mice are significantly higher than those in the control group. The differences of some cardiovascular indexes suggest that IVF may have a potential effect on the cardiovascular structure and function of the offspring of sexual maturity and need more long-term follow-up.
