【摘要】：正孕产妇死亡率一直是备受关注的全球性公共卫生问题,改善孕产妇健康已被列入联合国2000年通过的8个"千年发展目标"之一。2014年中国孕产妇死亡率为21.7/10万,较1990年的88.8/10万下降了约3/4,提前1年实现了联合国"千年发展目标"。然而,此数据与发达国家相比仍然高出好几倍。随着"一对夫妇可生育两个孩子"政策的全面实施,对我国保障孕产妇健康也提出了新的挑战,其中Rh D
