F10基因在宫颈癌组织中的表达

【摘要】:目的检测F10基因及其编码蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况,探讨F10基因与宫颈癌病理发生发展的关系。方法收集宫颈癌临床组织标本共30例,运用RT-PCR的方法检测30对宫颈癌组织及相应的癌旁组织中的F10基因的表达,运用免疫组织化学方法检测并比较30对宫颈癌组织与癌旁组织及正常组织中F10基因蛋白的表达情况。结果 RT-PCR的检测结果显示,宫颈癌组织中F10基因的表达明显高于相应癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),免疫组织化学检测F10蛋白的结果与RT-PCR结果基本一致。对不同分化程度的病例进行分析,结果显示低分化组宫颈癌组织中F10的表达显著高于中低分化或中分化病例。术前化疗的宫颈癌组织中F10的表达量降低,显著低于未行术前化疗的病例(P0.01)。结论宫颈癌组织中F10基因的表达量与其分化程度呈负相关,分化程度越低的宫颈癌组织中F10表达越强,可能与癌症的产生与发展有关。另外,化疗显著下调宫颈癌组织中F10的表达。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of F10 gene and its coding protein in cervical carcinoma and to explore the relationship between F10 gene and pathological development of cervical carcinoma. Methods 30 clinical specimens of cervical cancer were collected. The expression of F10 gene in 30 pairs of cervical cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues was detected by RT-PCR. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect and compare the expression of F10 gene protein in 30 pairs of cervical cancer tissues, adjacent tissues and normal tissues. The expression of F10 gene in cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in corresponding adjacent tissues, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The results of immunohistochemical detection of F10 protein were consistent with those of RT-PCR. The results showed that the expression of F10 in poorly differentiated cervical cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in moderately or moderately differentiated cases. Conclusion there is a negative correlation between the expression of F10 gene and the degree of differentiation in cervical carcinoma. The stronger the expression of F10 in the cervical carcinoma with lower differentiation, may be related to the occurrence and development of cancer, and the expression of F10 gene in cervical cancer is significantly lower than that in patients without preoperative chemotherapy. In addition, the expression of F10 gene in cervical cancer is negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation. Chemotherapy significantly down-regulated the expression of F10 in cervical carcinoma.
