子宫内膜癌组织分型可依靠TC-GA的分子检测

【摘要】:正子宫内膜癌可依据其组织形态学进行分类,但如果形态学多样化或模棱两可时可能影响组织分型诊断。近期有报道子宫内膜癌有两种分子分型方法:(1)应用癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)依据基因组整合分析、转录、蛋白组学、基因拷贝数及甲基化值等将子宫内膜癌分为4型:(1)POLE突变型;(2)微卫星不稳定型;(3)基因低拷贝型;(4)基因高拷贝型。(2)通过测序检测POLE核酸外切酶区域是否突变和免疫组化法检测p53和错配修复蛋白(MMR)状态,从而将其分为4种类型:(1)POLE核酸外切酶突变型(POLE EDM),(2)错配修
[Abstract]:Endometrial carcinoma can be classified according to its histomorphology. However, if morphologic diversity or ambiguity may affect the diagnosis of tissue typing, it has recently been reported that there are two molecular typing methods for endometrial carcinoma: 1) the cancer genome map (TCGA) is based on genome integration analysis, transcription, and proteomics. Endometrial carcinoma was classified into 4 types: 1 / 1 POLE mutagenesis, 2) microsatellite instability, 1) low copy gene, low copy gene, high copy type. 2) sequencing to detect whether the exonuclease region of POLE nucleic acid was mutated and immunized. P53 and mismatch repair protein MMRs were detected by chemical method. Thus it can be divided into four types: 1 / 1 of POLE nucleic acid exonuclease mutagenesis type of POLE EDMN / 2) mismatch modification.
