【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,18岁,G_1P_0,因妊娠34~(+6)周,呕吐伴黄疸1周,腹痛伴阴道流液1天,于2016年5月19日入本院就诊。孕期外院定期产检,过程顺利。入院前1周上呼吸道感染好转后出现腹泻、反复呕吐伴全身黏膜轻度黄染,未就诊。入院前1天自觉下腹隐痛不适,伴阴道流液,皮肤黏膜黄染加重。自述外院就诊凝血功能测不出(数据不详),随即转入我院。入院查体:生
[Abstract]:G1P0, 18 years old, was admitted to our hospital on May 19th 2016 because of 34 weeks of pregnancy, 1 week of vomiting and jaundice, 1 day of abdominal pain and vaginal fluid. The process was smooth. 1 week before admission, diarrhea appeared after the upper-respiratory tract infection improved, repeated vomiting with mild yellow stain of the whole body mucosa, no treatment. 1 day before admission, I felt pain and discomfort in the lower abdomen, accompanied by vaginal fluid.
