【摘要】：正1临床资料患者,女,63岁,因"腹胀10+天"于2015年11月13日收入院。患者10天前下腹坠胀,无腹痛。患者绝经11年,G2P2,剖宫产分娩2次。妇科检查:阴道口可见多个质硬结节,直径0.5~1.5cm;阴道后壁中段可见2个直径约1.5cm质硬结节,界限尚清,活动度差,无触痛;盆腔可触及直径约10cm大小包块,质硬,界限不清,活动度差,无明显压痛。妇
[Abstract]:The patient, 63 years old, was admitted to the hospital on November 13th 2015 because of "abdominal distension for 10 days". The patient suffered from abdominal distension 10 days ago and had no abdominal pain. The patient had 11 years of menopause with G2P2. cesarean section gave birth twice. Gynecologic examination: multiple hard nodules were visible in the vaginal orifice. In the middle of the posterior wall of vagina, there were 2 hard nodules of about 1.5 cm in diameter, with clear boundary, poor mobility and no tenderness; the pelvic cavity could touch the mass of about 10 cm in diameter, the mass was hard, the boundary was not clear, the movement was poor, and there was no obvious tenderness.
