高位不全阴道横隔7例临床分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨高位不全阴道横隔患者的临床特征及诊治方法。方法:回顾分析2011年1月至2016年1月在安徽医科大学阜阳临床学院妇科及生殖科收治的7例高位不全阴道横隔患者的临床资料。结果:7例高位不全阴道横隔因不孕和经期延长就诊5例,2例婚后阴道异常分泌物,其中1例月经期发热就诊,首诊误诊6例。7例患者性生活正常,5例有正常月经初潮,2例青春期无月经而有周期性下腹痛与盆腔包块,手术治疗后始有月经来潮。手术均顺利,术后随访:6例月经正常,性生活满意,其中5例自然妊娠,孕足月经阴道分娩,1例避孕未育;1例术后半年症状再发,抗炎治疗后症状缓解。结论:高位不全阴道横隔易误诊误治,特别对横隔孔狭小伴发感染者,易造盆腔炎等不良后果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of high position incomplete vaginal septum. Methods: from January 2011 to January 2016, 7 cases of high level vaginal septum were treated in Department of Gynecology and Genitology, Fuyang Hospital of Anhui Medical University. Results 7 cases of high position incomplete vaginal septum were treated for infertility and prolonged menstrual period in 5 cases and 2 cases of abnormal vaginal discharge after marriage. Among them, one patient was diagnosed with menstrual fever, and the first diagnosis was misdiagnosed in 6 cases with normal sexual life. 5 cases had normal menarche and menarche and 2 cases had periodic lower abdominal pain and pelvic mass without menstruation during puberty. 6 cases were followed up with normal menstruation and satisfactory sexual life after operation. Among them, 5 cases were natural pregnancy, 1 case was pregnant through vagina, 1 case had no contraception and 1 case had recurrence of symptoms half a year after operation. Conclusion: high position incomplete vaginal septum is easy to be misdiagnosed and mistreated, especially for the narrow septal orifice accompanied by infection, pelvic inflammation and other adverse consequences.
