经阴道剖宫产瘢痕妊娠病灶切除术30例临床分析

【摘要】：目的探讨经阴道剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(cesarean scar pregnancy,CSP)病灶切除术的临床效果及安全性。方法2013年1月~2016年1月,对30例CSP行经阴道病灶切除术,随访观察临床效果及安全性。结果 1例中转开放手术,其余手术均顺利完成,手术时间30~120 min,(53.4±26.0)min,术中出血量50 ml,住院3~7 d,(4.3±1.3)d,血β-h CG降至正常时间14~36 d,(24.1±13.2)d,无持续妊娠,未出现切口愈合不良、感染、膀胱损伤等手术并发症。结论经阴道CSP病灶切除术的临床效果好,并发症少,值得基层医院推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect and safety of transvaginal caesarean section for cesarean scar pregnancy#en0#. Methods from January 2013 to January 2016, 30 patients with CSP underwent transvaginal resection. Results one patient was transferred to open surgery and the other operations were completed successfully. The operative time was 30 ~ 120 min, the intraoperative bleeding was 50 ml, the hospital stay was 3 ~ 7 days, the blood 尾 -hCG was decreased to a normal time of 14 ~ 36 days, 24.1 卤13. 2 days, and there was no continuous pregnancy. There were no complications such as poor wound healing, infection, bladder injury and so on. Conclusion Transvaginal CSP focus resection has good clinical effect and few complications, so it is worth popularizing and applying in primary hospitals.
