复方固冲寿胎汤联合主动免疫治疗不明原因复发性流产患者的临床观察

【摘要】：目的:探讨复方固冲寿胎汤联合主动免疫治疗不明原因复发性流产患者的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年3月就诊于内蒙古医科大学附属医院产科的不明原因复发性流产患者56例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各28例。对照组给予主动免疫治疗,研究组采用复方固冲寿胎汤联合主动免疫治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前、后免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、补体C3(C3)、补体C4(C4)、T淋巴细胞亚群CD4~+、CD8~+免疫指标水平及血绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)和孕酮变化。比较两组治疗中不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为85.71%,显著高于对照组的60.71%(P0.05)。治疗后两组患者的IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+指标水平均较治疗前显著降低(均P0.05),且研究组降低程度较对照组更加显著(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的CD8~+指标水平及HCG、孕酮水平均较治疗前显著升高(均P0.05),且研究组升高程度较对照组更加显著(P0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良反应情况发生。结论:复方固冲寿胎汤联合主动免疫治疗不明原因复发性流产疗效可靠,可改善患者免疫功能,提高妊娠成功率,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of compound Guchong Shoutai decoction combined with active immunotherapy for patients with unexplained recurrent abortion. Methods: from January 2015 to March 2016, we selected the unknown obstetrics department of affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University. 56 cases of recurrent abortion, According to the method of random number table, the study group and the control group were divided into two groups, 28 cases in each group. The control group was given active immunotherapy, and the study group was treated with compound Guchong Shoutai decoction combined with active immunotherapy. The changes of immunoglobulin G _ 4 ~ T lymphocyte subsets, serum chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) and progesterone (progesterone) were compared between the two groups, including immunoglobulin G _ 4, immunoglobulin A, immunoglobulin A, immunoglobulin A, immunoglobulin A, complement C _ 3C _ 3, complement C _ 4 ~ + C _ 4T lymphocyte subsets and serum chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) and progesterone. Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 85.71, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (60.71%, P 0.05). After the treatment, the level of IgGN IgMN IgMN, CD4 ~ / / CD8 ~, was significantly lower in the study group than that in the control group (all P 0.05, P 0.05). After treatment, the degree of decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group (P 0.05). The levels of CD8 ~ index, HCG and progesterone in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (all P0.05, and the degree of increase in the study group was more significant than that in the control group). There were no significant adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion: compound Guchongshou has no significant adverse reactions. Fetal decoction combined with active immunotherapy is effective in the treatment of recurrent abortion with unknown causes. It can improve the immune function of patients, improve the success rate of pregnancy, and the safety is higher, which is worthy of clinical application.
