早孕期血红蛋白水平与妊娠期糖尿

【摘要】：目的分析早孕期血红蛋白(Hb)水平与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)、子痫前期发病的关系。方法选择孕14周前产检的单胎孕妇754例,其中Hb为9.0~12.5 g/L者388例(对照组)、12.5 g/L者366例(观察组),观察两组孕期GDM及子痫前期发生情况。结果观察组发生GDM 46例(12.2%)、子痫前期41例(11.1%),对照组分别为13例(3.3%)、8例(2.1%),P均0.05。Hb≥12.5 g/L为截断值,其判定GDM的发生风险为3.7、95%可信区间为2.2~6.4,子痫前期分别为5.4、2.8~10.5。结论早孕期Hb≥12.5 g/L的孕妇其GDM及子痫前期的发生风险明显增加。
