子痫前期孕妇血清以及胎盘组织中ITGB1的表达及临床意义

【摘要】：目的检测子痫前期孕妇血清以及胎盘组织中ITGB1的表达中并探讨其临床意义。方法选取轻度子痫前期以及重度子痫前期孕妇各50例,另选择与其相匹配的正常孕妇50例作为对照组,运用荧光定量PCR技术检测ITGB在胎盘以及血清中的表达变化。Pearson相关性分析正常孕妇以及子痫孕妇的ITGB1的相关性,探讨血清ITGB1的表达与临床症状的相关性以及预测价值。结果子痫前期患者中血清以及胎盘组织中的ITGB1均明显高表达,子痫前期患者与正常孕妇中ITGB1的表达呈正相关(P=0.011)。血清ITGB1的表达量与患者的收缩压、舒张压、24 h尿蛋白以及眼底血管疾病呈正相关。血清ITGB1作为子痫的诊断曲线下面积为0.751,特异度为81%和灵敏度为75%。结论 ITGB1参与到子痫的发生发展过程中并且与临床症状呈正相关,血清ITGB1的表达可作为预测子痫的发生,具有良好的预测价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of ITGB1 in serum and placenta of preeclampsia pregnant women and to explore its clinical significance. Methods 50 cases of mild preeclampsia and 50 cases of severe preeclampsia were selected. Another 50 normal pregnant women were selected as control group. The expression of ITGB in placenta and serum was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation of ITGB1 in normal pregnant women and eclampsia pregnant women. To investigate the correlation between the expression of serum ITGB1 and clinical symptoms and its predictive value. Results the expression of ITGB1 in serum and placenta of preeclampsia patients was significantly higher than that in patients with preeclampsia. There was a positive correlation between the expression of ITGB1 in preeclampsia patients and normal pregnant women. The expression of serum ITGB1 was correlated with systolic blood pressure (SBP) in patients with preeclampsia. The area under the diagnostic curve of serum ITGB1 for eclampsia was 0.751, the specificity was 81% and the sensitivity was 75.Conclusion ITGB1 is involved in the occurrence and development of eclampsia and is closely related to the onset and development of eclampsia. Bed symptoms were positively correlated, The expression of serum ITGB1 can be used as a predictor of eclampsia.
