【摘要】：随着我国"二孩"政策的全面开放,高龄不孕夫妇助孕比例呈爆发式增长。然而,高龄夫妇助孕风险较高、成功率低下,出生子代的生理和心理健康等问题尤为突出,且遗传风险对人口素质的影响有待进一步追踪。因此,高龄助孕需慎重选择。
[Abstract]:With the full opening of the "two-child" policy in China, the proportion of assisted pregnancies of elderly infertile couples has increased explosively. However, the risk of assisted pregnancy is high, the success rate is low, and the physical and mental health problems of the offspring are particularly prominent. The influence of genetic risk on population quality needs to be further tracked.
