性激素检验在不孕症临床诊断中的应用价值研究

【摘要】：目的探讨性激素检验在不孕症临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取商丘市第一人民医院核医学科2015年11月-2016年11月期间检测的不孕症患者50例血清样本结果作为观察组,选取同期在本科进行检测的50例健康女性血清样本结果为对照组,对所有受检者雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)、黄体生成激素(LH)、卵泡生成激素(FSH)和催乳激素(PRL)进行检测。比较两组性激素水平。结果两组E2和P水平,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);对照组T、LH、FSH和PRL水平明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论性激素检验在不孕症临床诊断中具有重要的诊断价值,能有效提高不孕症诊断率,为临床治疗提供重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the value of sex hormone test in the clinical diagnosis of infertility. Methods 50 serum samples of infertile patients from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected as observation group. The serum samples of 50 healthy women who were tested in the same period were used as the control group. Estradiol estradiol (E2), progesterone (P), testosterone (T), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle forming hormone (FSH) and prolactin (PRL) were detected in all subjects. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), while the levels of PRL and TSH in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group (P 0.05). Conclusion Sex hormone test has an important diagnostic value in the clinical diagnosis of infertility and can effectively improve the diagnosis rate of infertility. To provide important reference value for clinical treatment.
