三维超声评估胎儿原发腭与继发腭

【摘要】:目前二维超声对于胎儿腭的评估和腭裂的诊断仍较困难,因而近年来有较多学者使用三维超声技术评估胎儿腭。这些技术包括渲染成像和多平面成像,可对唇裂胎儿合并的原发腭裂进行产前诊断,对合并的继发腭裂的诊断虽有明显改善,但对软腭裂和单纯继发腭裂的诊断仍是一个挑战。侧角度照射技术着重规范容积数据的采集,高质量的容积数据,能重建原发腭和继发腭的任何切面,并能显示腭的曲面平铺图像,因而能对腭裂进行明确诊断,甚至是单纯继发腭裂。在早孕期,三维超声显示鼻后三角,重建腭的轴平面和冠状面,可确定原发腭和继发腭,诊断正中唇腭裂和单侧或双侧完全性唇腭裂。
[Abstract]:At present, the evaluation of fetal palate and the diagnosis of cleft palate by two-dimensional ultrasound are still difficult, so in recent years, more and more scholars use three-dimensional ultrasound to evaluate fetal palate.These techniques include rendering imaging and multiplanar imaging for prenatal diagnosis of primary cleft palate associated with cleft lip fetus. Although the diagnosis of combined secondary cleft palate has been improved obviously, the diagnosis of soft cleft palate and simple secondary cleft palate is still a challenge.The technique of lateral angle irradiation focuses on the collection of volumetric data, high quality volume data, reconstruction of any section of the primary palate and secondary palate, and the display of a curved surface tile image of the palate, so that the cleft palate can be clearly diagnosed.Even simple secondary cleft palate.During the early pregnancy, the axial plane and the coronal plane of the palate were reconstructed by three-dimensional ultrasonography, which could identify the primary palate and the secondary palate, and diagnose the cleft lip and palate with unilateral or bilateral complete cleft lip and palate.
