外周血Survivin mRNA与宫颈鳞癌预后的关系

【摘要】：目的探讨外周血Survivin mRNA在宫颈鳞癌预后中的预测价值。方法应用RT-PCR检测52例宫颈鳞癌患者外周血Survivin mRNA,结合临床病理及随访资料,统计分析其对患者术后生存的影响,同时取15例健康体检女性作为对照组。结果 52例宫颈鳞癌患者外周血Survivin mRNA的表达38例(73.08%),对照组均阴性表达。Survivin mRNA均与分期(P=0.002)、肿瘤侵犯深度(P=0.048)、肿瘤大小(P=0.030)、组织分级(P=0.037)和是否伴有淋巴结转移(P=0.008)明显相关。宫颈鳞癌患者中,Survivin mRNA表达者无瘤生存时间(DFS)和总生存时间(OS)均较Survivin mRNA不表达者短(P0.05)。单因素分析显示,分期晚、肿瘤最大径≥4cm、淋巴结发生转移和Survivin mRNA均与患者预后有关(P0.05);多因素分析表明,淋巴结转移(P=0.031)和Survivin mRNA(P=0.000)是DFS的影响因素,临床分期(P=0.013)和Survivin mRNA(P=0.009)是OS的影响因素。结论外周血Survivin mRNA可为临床预测宫颈癌根治术预后提供一个新的重要的肿瘤标志物,对预后评估起到积极的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the prognostic value of peripheral blood Survivin mRNA in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods RT-PCR was used to detect Survivin mRNAs in peripheral blood of 52 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of cervix. Combined with clinicopathological and follow-up data, the influence of Survivin mRNAs on postoperative survival was analyzed statistically. 15 healthy women were taken as control group.Results the expression of Survivin mRNA in peripheral blood of 52 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix was significantly correlated with the expression of Survivin mRNA in peripheral blood of 38 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The negative expression of survivin mRNA in the control group was significantly correlated with P0. 002, P0. 048, the size of the tumor, the tissue grade P0. 037) and the lymph node metastasis (P0. 008).In patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the expression of survivin mRNA was significantly shorter than that in patients without Survivin mRNA expression (DFS) and total survival time (Survivin mRNA).Univariate analysis showed that late stage, tumor maximum diameter 鈮，
