深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症诊治进展

【摘要】：正子宫内膜异位症(内异症)是育龄妇女(25~45岁)的常见病、多发病,发病率约10%~15%,在内异症中,深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症(deep infiltrating endometriosis,DIE)在内异症中占20%~35%~([1-2])。内异症致患者不孕率达30%~50%,70%患者伴有不同程度及不同部位的疼痛,包括各种盆腔痛,如排便痛、肛门坠痛、性交痛以及慢性盆腔痛。对患者生活质量及身心健康造成严重影响~([3-5])。现结合文献对DIE的诊治进展做一综述。
[Abstract]:Positive endometriosis (endometriosis) is a common disease in women of childbearing age (25 ~ 45 years old). The incidence of endometriosis is about 10 / 15. In the inner heterosis, deep infiltrating endometriosis (deep infiltrating endometriosis) is the most common disease ([1-2]).The infertile rate of patients with endometriosis was 30%. 70% of the patients had pain of different degree and different parts, including various pelvic pain, such as defecation pain, anal pain, intercourse pain and chronic pelvic pain.The quality of life and physical and mental health of patients have been seriously affected ([3-5]).The progress of diagnosis and treatment of DIE is reviewed in this paper.
