体外胚胎培养液代谢组学分析在评价胚胎发育潜能的研究进展

【摘要】:代谢组学是对溶液、组织、细胞等生物样本中的小分子代谢物进行定性和定量分析,从而得到生物体受外界刺激后其代谢水平的整体变化的结果。其研究过程包括代谢组数据的采集、预处理、多变量数据分析、标记物识别和途径分析等步骤。代谢组学作为一种新兴技术,在辅助生殖技术中具有很好的应用前景。胚胎的发育和代谢是个动态过程,应用质谱分析、光谱分析和磁共振波谱技术能客观、全面、准确、无创地反映胚胎质量及其发育潜能,可作为胚胎形态学评估的补充,从而提高胚胎种植率,提高单胚胎移植的妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Metabonomics is the qualitative and quantitative analysis of small molecule metabolites in biological samples such as solution, tissue, cell, and so on, so as to obtain the overall change of metabolism level of organism after being stimulated by external environment. The research process includes data acquisition, preprocessing, multivariate data analysis, marker identification and pathway analysis. As a new technology, metabonomics has a good application prospect in assisted reproductive technology. The development and metabolism of embryos is a dynamic process. The application of mass spectrometry, spectral analysis and magnetic resonance spectroscopy can objectively, comprehensively, accurately and noninvasively reflect the quality and developmental potential of embryos, and can be used as a supplement to the morphological evaluation of embryos. Thus, the rate of embryo implantation and the pregnancy rate of single embryo transfer were increased.
