【摘要】:目的:研究Gankyrin蛋白和β-catenin蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达,以探讨两种蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌发生发展中的作用。 方法:应用免疫组织化学技术检测46例子宫内膜腺癌与l0例正常子宫内膜中Gankyrin蛋白和β-catenin蛋白的表达。探讨其与年龄、癌组织肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移、病理分级及FIGO分期的关系。分析二者在子宫内膜腺癌组中的相关性。 结果: 1. Gankyrin蛋白和β-catenin蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌组中的表达均主要定位在腺上皮的细胞核与细胞质中,在子宫内膜腺癌组中,Gankyrin蛋白和β-catenin蛋白阳性表达率分别为67.39%和78.26%,均分别高于其在正常子宫内膜组中的40.00%和30.00%(P0.05)。 2. Gankyrin蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌组中的表达与年龄、癌组织肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移、病理分级及FIGO分期均无相关性(P0.05)。 3. β-catenin蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌组中的表达随着病理分级、FIGO分期的升高以及淋巴结的转移而增强(P0.05),而与年龄及癌组织肌层浸润深度无关(P0.05)。 4. Gankyrin蛋白与β-catenin蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌组中的表达呈正相关(P0.05)。 结论: 1. Gankyrin蛋白及β-catenin蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达均高于其在正常子宫内膜中的表达,提示两者均可能与子宫内膜腺癌的发病有关。 2. β-catenin蛋白的表达随着子宫内膜腺癌病理分级、FIGO分期的升高以及淋巴结的转移而增强,可望作为判断病情严重程度及预后的指标之一。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the expression of Gankyrin protein and 尾 -catenin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods: the expression of Gankyrin protein and 尾 -catenin protein in 46 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma and 10 cases of normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry. To investigate the relationship between age, depth of myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis, pathological grade and FIGO stage. To analyze the correlation between them in endometrial adenocarcinoma group. Results: 1. The expression of Gankyrin protein and 尾 -catenin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma was mainly located in the nucleus and cytoplasm of glandular epithelium. The positive rates of Gankyrin protein and 尾 -catenin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma group were 67.39% and 78.26%, respectively, which were higher than those in normal endometrium group (40.00%) and 30.00-catenin protein (30.005%). 2. There was no correlation between the expression of Gankyrin protein and age, depth of myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis, pathological grade and FIGO stage in endometrial adenocarcinoma group (P 0.05). 3. The expression of 尾 -catenin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma increased with the increase of Figo stage and lymph node metastasis, but had no relationship with age and depth of myometrium invasion. 4. There was a positive correlation between the expression of Gankyrin protein and 尾 -catenin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma group (P 0.05). Conclusion: 1. The expression of Gankyrin protein and 尾 -catenin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma was higher than that in normal endometrium, suggesting that both of them may be related to the pathogenesis of endometrial adenocarcinoma. 2. The expression of 尾 -catenin protein is increased with the increase of pathological grade and Figo stage of endometrial adenocarcinoma and lymph node metastasis. It is expected to be one of the indexes to judge the severity and prognosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
