谷维素对围绝经期妇女内分泌紊乱的改善作用

【摘要】：目的研究谷维素对围绝经期妇女内分泌紊乱的改善作用。方法选取2014年10月-2015年10月海口市妇幼保健院接诊的120例围绝经期患者作为本次研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规的治疗方法,观察组给予谷维素进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗后雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组E2水平为(68.25±8.01)pmol/L,高于对照组[(52.09±7.23)pmol/L];FSH及LH水平分别为(34.12±5.69)U/L及(38.03±10.01)U/L,均低于对照组[(46.10±7.02)U/L、(45.83±11.05)U/L],差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平分别为(7.56±1.23)mmol/L和(3.02±1.01)mmol/L,均低于对照组[(8.97±2.13)mmol/L、(5.97±1.28)mmol/L],差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平分别为(2.37±0.52)g/L和(1.80±0.57)g/L,均优于对照组[(2.06±0.51)g/L、(2.15±0.46)g/L],差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组烦热出汗、失眠、情绪烦躁、心神不宁改善时间分别为(12.09±3.01)d、(14.01±2.10)d、(10.20±2.13)d、(13.09±2.72)d,均小于对照组[(21.03±6.23)d、(19.52±5.10)d、(19.70±6.10)d、(20.17±6.08)d],差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组总有效率为95.00%(57/60),优于对照组(68.33%,41/60),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论谷维素治疗围绝经期妇女内分泌紊乱疗效显著,能够使E2、FSH、LH水平恢复正常。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of oryzanol on endocrine disorder in perimenopausal women. Methods 120 perimenopausal patients from October 2014 to October 2015 in Haikou City Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the method of random digital table, they were divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment and the observation group was treated with oryzanol.
