手术对卵巢癌患者外周血调节性T细胞的影响及临床意义

【摘要】：目的探讨手术前后卵巢癌患者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+、CD8+CD28-及CD8+Foxp3+调节性T细胞的变化及其临床意义。方法流式细胞术检测31例卵巢癌患者术前及术后外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+、CD8+CD28-及CD8+Foxp3+调节性T细胞的表达水平,并与20例卵巢良性肿瘤及20例健康体检者做比较研究。结果卵巢癌患者外周血CD4+CD25+Foxp3+、CD8+CD28-及CD8+Foxp3+调节性T细胞的表达水平显著高于卵巢良性肿瘤及健康体检者(P0.01),Ⅲ/Ⅳ期卵巢癌患者外周血调节性T细胞表达水平显著高于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期患者(P0.05);卵巢癌患者外周血调节性T细胞的表达水平与病理类型无关;手术后卵巢癌患者外周血调节性T细胞的比例显著低于手术前(P0.05);Ⅰ/Ⅱ期卵巢癌患者手术后调节性T细胞的比例与健康体检者相比无统计学差异,而Ⅲ/Ⅳ期病人术后调节性T细胞的比例仍显著高于健康体检者(P0.05)。结论 CD4+CD25+Foxp3+、CD8+CD28-及CD8+Foxp3+调节性T细胞与卵巢癌的病理进程及肿瘤负荷相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of CD28- and CD8 Foxp3 regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with ovarian cancer before and after operation. Methods the expression of CD28- and CD8 Foxp3 regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of 31 patients with ovarian cancer were detected by flow cytometry before and after operation, and compared with 20 patients with benign ovarian tumor and 20 healthy controls. Results the expression of CD28- and CD8 Foxp3 regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that of patients with benign ovarian tumors and healthy controls (P 0.01).
