预防性双侧输卵管切除的研究进展

【摘要】：卵巢癌的死亡率位居女性生殖道肿瘤的首位,目前尚无有效的筛查方法。近年来研究发现,输卵管伞端或是女性盆腔浆液性癌前病变或癌的来源。因子宫良性病变需切除子宫的绝经前女性,同时接受预防性切除双侧输卵管可能降低其患盆腔浆液性癌的风险。文中将综述预防性输卵管切除术对盆腔良恶性病变的预防作用、术中及术后并发症以及切除输卵管对卵巢功能的影响,探讨其安全性及可行性。
[Abstract]:Ovarian cancer has the highest mortality rate in female genital tract tumors, and there is no effective screening method. In recent years studies have found that fallopian tube ends or female pelvic serous precancerous lesions or sources of cancer. Premenopausal women who require hysterectomy for benign uterine lesions and receive prophylactic resection of bilateral fallopian tubes may reduce their risk of pelvic serous carcinoma. This paper reviews the preventive effect of prophylaxis salpingotomy on benign and malignant pelvic lesions, intraoperative and postoperative complications, and the effects of fallopian tube resection on ovarian function, and discusses its safety and feasibility.
