【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,22岁,G_3P_0,因停经35周,腹痛3天,加重3小时,于2016年2月3日1时急诊入院。患者平素月经规律,末次月经2015年6月3日。既往史:2013年孕2月因"难免流产"于外院行清宫术1次;2014年孕2~+月因"自然流产"于外院行清宫术1次。入院查体:T 37.5℃,P 80/min,R 20/min,BP 108/72 mmHg,腹部膨隆,如孕周,扪及规律宫缩25″/3~4',左肾区叩痛。产科检查:
[Abstract]:A case report patient with 22 years old G3P0 was admitted to the emergency department at 1: 00 on Feb 3, 2016, due to 35 weeks of menopause, 3 days of abdominal pain and 3 hours of aggravation. Patients with normal menstruation, the last menstruation June 3, 2015.
