【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,20岁,因妊娠28周,全身瘙痒不适1+月,于2016年7月15日收入我院。患者孕期未行规律产检,1+月前,无明显诱因出现全身瘙痒不适,以双上肢、双下肢为著,伴间断性皮肤、巩膜、黏膜轻度黄染,黄疸于劳累、饮食欠佳后出现,可自行缓解,无发热、皮疹,无恶心、呕吐,无腹胀、腹痛等不适,大小便正常。1周前出现牙龈肿胀不适,伴刷牙时牙龈出血,6天前就诊于当地医院,肝功能示:天门冬酸氨基转移酶(AST)232 U/L、
