【摘要】：正患者,24岁。因停经32+6周,发现肝功能异常3+月,血压、血糖升高20+天于2014年8月20日急诊入院。患者平素月经规律,末次月经:2014年1月2日。停经30+天,查尿妊娠试验阳性提示妊娠。无明显早孕反应。早孕期间无阴道流血、流液,无毒物、药物、射线接触史。孕13+5周在外院建卡定期产前检查,血压正常。孕3+月出现胸部发红,逐渐延伸至面部。
[Abstract]:The patient is 24 years old. Due to 32 6 weeks postmenopause, abnormal liver function was found in 3 months, blood pressure and blood sugar increased for 20 days in emergency department on Aug. 20, 2014. Patient plain menstruation, the last menstruation: January 2, 2014. Postmenopause 30 days, check urine pregnancy test positive hint pregnancy. There was no obvious early pregnancy response. Early pregnancy without vaginal bleeding, fluid, nontoxic substances, drugs, radiation exposure history. During 13 5 weeks of pregnancy, regular antenatal examination was made in a foreign hospital, and blood pressure was normal. 3 months pregnant with red chest, gradually extended to the face.
