早期难免流产患者沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体与T淋巴细胞亚群水平的相关性

【摘要】：目的探讨早期难免流产患者沙眼衣原体(CT)和解脲支原体(UU)与T淋巴细胞亚群水平的相关性。方法选择早期难免流产患者58例作为观察组,再选择要求人工流产的孕妇50例作为对照组,比较两组阴道分泌物CT以及UU的感染情况,同时比较观察组中CT以及UU感染与T淋巴细胞亚群水平的相关性。结果观察组CT阳性、UU阳性、CT+UU阳性、CT或者UU阳性的百分率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组CT、UU阳性者与阴性者比较,CD3+差异无统计学意义(P0.05),而CD4+、CD4+/CD8+显著升高(P0.05),CD8+显著降低(P0.05)。结论早期难免流产患者与CT和UU感染有着密切的关系,CT和UU感染引发早期难免流产可能是由于感染造成患者机体免疫功能的受损所导致。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between CTT and UU) and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with early inevitable abortion. Methods 58 patients with inevitable early abortion were selected as observation group, and 50 pregnant women who requested induced abortion were selected as control group. The infection of vaginal discharge CT and UU were compared between the two groups. At the same time, the correlation between CT and UU infection and T lymphocyte subsets in the observation group was compared. Results the percentages of CT positive and UU positive CT UU positive or UU positive CT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. In the observation group, there was no significant difference in CD3 between the patients with positive CTU and those with negative results (P 0.05), but the CD4 / CD8 ratio of CD4 was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05 / CD8), and the level of CD3 in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion there is a close relationship between early inevitable abortion and CT and UU infection. It is possible that the early inevitable abortion caused by the infection may be caused by the impairment of the immune function of the patient.
