完带汤联合抗生素治疗炎性盆腔痛35例临床疗效

【摘要】：目的:探讨完带汤联合抗生素治疗炎性盆腔痛患者的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年7月—2014年6月本院收治的慢性盆腔痛患者70例,按照随机数字表法将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,对照组给予奥硝唑氯化钠注射液静脉滴注,观察组在对照组基础上加用完带汤加减,两组均连续治疗10d,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛评分以及治疗前后中医证候、体征总评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%、对照组治疗总有效率为77.14%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗前,两组患者疼痛评分不具有差异(P0.05),治疗后,观察组患者疼痛评分改善情况显著优于对照组(P0.05);治疗前,两组患者证候体征总积分不具有差异(P0.05),治疗后,观察组患者证候体征总积分改善情况显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中医完带汤联合抗生素治疗炎性盆腔痛其临床疗效显著,且能够显著改善患者疼痛程度以及中医证候、体征积分,具有一定的临床应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Wandai decoction combined with antibiotics in treating inflammatory pelvic pain patients. Methods: from July 2012 to June 2014, 70 patients with chronic pelvic pain were randomly divided into observation group (n = 35) and control group (n = 35). The two groups were treated continuously for 10 days. The clinical efficacy, pain score, TCM syndromes and physical signs were compared before and after treatment in the observation group. Results: the total effective rate of treatment was 94.29 in the observation group and 77.14 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The improvement of the pain score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P 0.05), and the total score of the symptoms and signs of the two groups had no difference before treatment. After treatment, the improvement of the total score of the symptoms and signs of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of inflammatory pelvic pain with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and antibiotics has a significant clinical effect, and can significantly improve the degree of pain in patients, TCM syndromes, physical signs integral, has a certain clinical application value.
