育龄期女性腹膜后Castleman病1例误诊

【摘要】：正患者,女,33岁,因"发现盆腔包块2月"于2012年10月26日收入南京妇幼保健院。患者入院前2月平卧时扪及左下腹包块,当地医院彩超示:左侧附件区6.2cm×6.69cm混合实质中等回声光团,界清,外形不规则,内回声以低回声为主,间或伴以稍强回声。肿瘤标记物:AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199均正常。既往史、月经史、家族史无特殊。入院体检:一般情况好,生命体征平稳,心肺听诊无异
[Abstract]:The patient, 33 years old, was admitted to Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital on October 26, 2012. Two months before admission, palpation of the left lower abdominal mass was seen in the patient's supine. Color Doppler ultrasound showed that the mixed parenchyma of 6.2cm 脳 6.69cm in the left adnexal region was of moderate echo, with a clear boundary and irregular shape. The internal echo was mainly hypoechoic and occasionally accompanied by a slightly stronger echo. Tumor marker: AFP CEA, CA125 and CA199 were all normal. There was no special history, menstrual history and family history. Admission physical examination: the general situation is good, the vital sign is stable, the heart-lung auscultation is no different.
