干细胞在妇科泌尿领域的应用

【摘要】：干细胞具有多向分化和自我更新的潜能,可分为全能干细胞和多潜能干细胞。目前干细胞在妇科泌尿领域的应用主要集中在尿失禁和粪失禁。干细胞治疗尿失禁和粪失禁主要是基于骨骼肌再生理论。本文主要就干细胞在妇科泌尿领域的应用研究进展展开综述。
[Abstract]:Stem cells have the potential of multi-differentiation and self-renewal. They can be divided into totipotent stem cells and multi-potential stem cells. The application of stem cells in gynecologic urology is mainly focused on urinary incontinence and fecal incontinence. Stem cell therapy for urinary incontinence and fecal incontinence is based on skeletal muscle regeneration theory. This article reviews the application of stem cells in gynecologic urology.
