IL-6和SOCS1在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】:目的:通过检测正常卵巢、良性卵巢肿瘤和上皮性卵巢癌组织中IL-6(interleukin-6)和SOCS1(suppressor of cytokine signaling 1)的表达情况,探讨两者的表达特点及其在卵巢癌发生发展中的相互作用、关系及临床意义。方法:采用二步免疫组织化学法检测105例上皮性卵巢癌组织、40例良性卵巢肿瘤组织和30例正常卵巢组织中IL-6和SOCS1的表达水平,利用SPSS软件分析两者在不同卵巢组织中的表达情况、两者与卵巢癌临床病理参数间的关系以及上皮性卵巢癌中两者的相关性。结果:IL-6主要表达于上皮性卵巢癌的胞浆及间质中,SOCS1主要表达于上皮性卵巢癌的胞浆及胞核中,两者在良性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢组织中均呈低表达。IL-6在上皮性卵巢癌、良性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢组织中的阳性表达率分别为71.43%、22.50%、16.70%,上皮性卵巢癌组织中IL-6的阳性表达率显著高于良性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢组织(P=0.00),良性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢组织中IL-6的阳性表达率相比较差距无统计学意义(P0.05);SOCS1在上皮性卵巢癌、良性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢组织中的阳性表达率分别为37.14%、15.00%、13.30%,上皮性卵巢癌组织中SOCS1的阳性表达率明显高于良性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢组织,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004),良性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢组织中SOCS1的阳性表达率相比较差距无统计学意义(P0.05)。IL-6的表达与卵巢癌的组织学分级、FIGO分期、腹水和淋巴结转移具有相关性(均P0.05),与肿瘤病理类型、患者年龄无相关性(均P0.05)。SOCS1的表达与卵巢癌的组织学分级具有相关性(P0.05),而与FIGO分期、腹水、病理类型、患者年龄、淋巴结转移均无相关性(均P0.05)。IL-6与SOCS1在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达呈正相关(r=0.297,P0.05)。结论:(1)IL-6和SOCS1在良性卵巢肿瘤和正常卵巢组织中均呈低表达,在上皮性卵巢癌中两者的阳性表达率均升高,且两者的表达呈正相关,说明IL-6和SOCS1与上皮性卵巢癌密切相关,可能在卵巢癌的发生发展中起到重要作用。(2)IL-6的表达与卵巢癌患者多种临床病理特征有关,与卵巢癌的病情严重程度密切相关,其可作为预测卵巢癌预后的重要因子。(3)SOCS1作为IL-6的负性调控因子,在上皮性卵巢癌中的阳性表达率低于IL-6,其中的机制尚不明确,这为探索卵巢癌的发生发展提供新的线索,可认为有助于寻找新的卵巢癌的治疗方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of interleukin-6 and SOCS1(suppressor of cytokine signaling _ 1 in normal, benign and epithelial ovarian carcinomas, and to explore their interaction, relationship and clinical significance in the development of ovarian cancer. Methods: the expression of IL-6 and SOCS1 in 105 cases of epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC) and 30 cases of normal ovarian tissues were detected by two step immunohistochemical method, including 40 cases of benign ovarian tumors and 30 cases of normal ovarian tissues. SPSS software was used to analyze their expression in different ovarian tissues, the relationship between them and the clinicopathological parameters of ovarian cancer and the correlation between them in epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Results the cell cytoplasm and interstitial cytoplasm of epithelial ovarian carcinoma were mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and nucleus of epithelial ovarian carcinoma, and both of them were low expressed in benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue. IL-6 was expressed in epithelial ovarian carcinoma. The positive expression rates of IL-6 in benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue were 71.43 and 22.50 ~ 16.70, respectively. The positive expression rate of IL-6 in epithelial ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue. The positive expression rate of IL-6 in benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue was significantly higher than that in benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissue. There was no significant difference between the positive rate of IL-6 and the expression of SOCS1 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma. The positive expression rates of SOCS1 in benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues were 37.14 and 15.00, respectively. The positive expression rate of SOCS1 in epithelial ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues. The positive expression rate of SOCS1 in benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues was not significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissues. There was no significant difference in the expression of SOCS1 between benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues. There was no significant difference between the expression of P0.05 and IL-6 and the histological grade and Figo stage of ovarian cancer. There was no correlation between ascites and lymph node metastasis (all P0.05), and there was no correlation between the expression of P0.05).SOCS1 and histological grade of ovarian cancer (P 0.05), but with FIGO stage, ascites, pathological type, age of patients. There was no correlation between lymph node metastasis and P0.05).IL-6 and SOCS1 expression in epithelial ovarian carcinoma. Conclusion the expression of IL-6 and SOCS1 in benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissues is low, and the positive expression rate of both in epithelial ovarian cancer is higher, and the positive correlation between them is positive. The results suggest that IL-6 and SOCS1 are closely related to epithelial ovarian cancer. The expression of IL-6 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. The expression of IL-6 is related to many clinicopathological features of ovarian cancer, and is closely related to the severity of ovarian cancer. The positive expression rate of SOCS1 in epithelial ovarian cancer is lower than that of IL-6, which provides a new clue for exploring the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. It can be considered to be helpful in finding a new treatment for ovarian cancer.
