孕妇孕期宫内感染相关因素研究

【摘要】：目的研究孕期宫内感染的相关因素,为临床抗感染治疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析2012年5月-2014年5月进行孕期检查和分娩的3 063例孕妇临床资料,探讨引发宫内感染的危险因素、发生宫内感染者临床症状分布以及孕期宫内感染者孕周与婴儿感染率之间的关系;使用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 3 063例孕妇共发生185例孕期宫内感染,感染率为6.04%;主要临床症状为末梢血白细胞≥15×109/L、C-反应蛋白≥8mg/L和体温≥38℃伴畏寒;孕期宫内感染率在胎膜早破、孕期性行为引起的阴部感染、孕期致病微生物感染、阴道检查次数、总产程以及羊水粪污染分布差异有统计学意义(P0.01);34~37周新生儿感染率低于27~33周新生儿,但差异无统计学意义;孕期38~42周新生儿感染率显著低于27~33周与34~37周,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论早产性胎膜早破、孕期性行为引起的阴部感染率、孕期致病微生物感染率、多次阴道检查、总产生时间较长以及羊水粪污染均为引发孕期宫内感染的主要危险因素;孕期宫内感染者孕周越大,新生儿感染率越低。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the related factors of intrauterine infection during pregnancy and to provide reference for clinical anti-infection therapy. Methods the clinical data of 3 063 pregnant women who underwent pregnancy examination and delivery from May 2012 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, and the risk factors of intrauterine infection were discussed. The distribution of clinical symptoms of intrauterine infection and the relationship between gestational week and infantile infection rate of intrauterine infection during pregnancy were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.
