【摘要】：正体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术后宫内合并宫外妊娠(heterotopy pregnancy,HP)是指2个或多个胚胎在生殖系内的不同部位同时发育,其中至少1个属于宫内正常妊娠,其余为异位妊娠(EP)[1]。随着辅助生殖技术(ART)的广泛应用,门诊促排卵、人工授精、IVF-ET的患者增加,HP的发病率越来越高。1989年美国生殖协会首先报告IVF-ET术后宫内合并宫外妊娠的发病率为
[Abstract]:In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ETT) after intrauterine pregnancy with heterotopy pregnancyne (HPP) means that two or more embryos develop simultaneously in different parts of the reproductive system, at least one of them belongs to normal intrauterine pregnancy and the other to ectopic pregnancy (EP1) [1]. With the wide use of assisted reproductive technology (ART), the incidence of HP increased in patients with IVF-ET and IVF-ET.
