多囊卵巢综合征和子宫内膜异位症抗苗勒管激素检测意义分析

【摘要】：目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征和子宫内膜异位症抗苗勒管激素(AMH)检测的意义。方法收集2015年5月至2016年12月中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者282例及子宫内膜异位症患者70例,获取AMH检测结果及临床资料;以同期3199例健康体检者结果作为对照组。3组年龄均为20~40岁。AMH测定采用酶联免疫吸附试验,对3组结果进行比较。结果多囊卵巢综合征组AMH值明显高于对照组[(9.83±0.30)μg/L vs.(4.46±0.08)μg/L],子宫内膜异位症患者AMH值明显下降[(2.62±0.23)μg/L vs.(4.46±0.08)μg/L]。AMH随着年龄的增长明显下降,对照组20~25、25~30、30~35、35~40岁分别为(6.61±0.30)、(5.73±0.14)、(3.85±0.11)、(2.35±0.10)μg/L。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者AMH明显升高,子宫内膜异位症患者AMH降低。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the significance of anti-Mullerian tube hormone (AMH) in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis. Methods 282 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and 70 patients with endometriosis were collected from Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from May 2015 to December 2016. The results of AMH detection and clinical data were obtained. The results of 3199 healthy persons in the same period were used as control group. 3. The age was 20 ~ 40 years old. AMH was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa), and the results of three groups were compared. Results the value of AMH in the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome was significantly higher than that in the control group [(9.83 卤0.30) 渭 g / L vs (4.46 卤0.08) 渭 g / L], and that in the patients with endometriosis [(2.62 卤0.23) 渭 g / L vs (4.46 卤0.08) 渭 g / L] .AMH significantly decreased with age, and in the control group, it was (6.61 卤0.30), (5.73 卤0.14 渭 g / L at the age of (6.61 卤0.30), (5.73 卤0.14), (3.85 卤0.11), (2.35 卤0.10) 渭 g / L respectively. Conclusion AMH was significantly increased in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and decreased in patients with endometriosis.
