【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,40岁,因腹痛伴腰骶部胀痛1+月入院。既往体健,无甾体类激素服药史,月经规律,无恶性肿瘤家族史。查体:T 36.5℃,R 19/min,P 84/min,BP 103/76 mm Hg,心肺未查见阳性体征。下腹微膨隆,下腹部扪及一大小约18 cm×12 cm包块,囊实性,有压痛。妇科检查:外阴发育正常,已婚已产型,阴道通畅,分泌物稍多,黏膜光滑;宫颈轻度糜烂,宫颈口偏于
