经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对胚胎停育的预测价值研究

【摘要】：目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对胚胎停育的预测价值。方法根据胚胎发育情况的不同将479例妊娠患者分为对照组(n=377)、停育组(n=81)及停育过渡组(n=21),采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查各组患者的子宫动脉血流参数(S/D、RI、PI)。结果随停经孕周时间的延长,对照组与停育组收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速(S/D)、阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)3项指标均呈逐渐降低趋势;停育组S/D、RI、PI 3项指标的整体水平均显著低于对照组(P0.01);与停育过渡组停育期及对照组比较,停育过渡组生存期的S/D、RI、PI 3项指标均更高(P0.05或P0.01)。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查对胚胎停育的预测价值值得肯定,可在临床进一步推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the predictive value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in fetal arrest. Methods according to the development of embryo, 479 cases of pregnancy were divided into three groups: control group (n = 377), non-fertility group (n = 81) and transition group (n = 21). The uterine artery blood flow parameters (S / D RI Pi) were examined by transvaginal color Doppler sonography. Results the peak systolic velocity / end-diastolic velocity (S / D), resistance index (RI) and pulsatility index (Pi) of the control group and the control group decreased gradually with the prolongation of postmenopausal gestational weeks. Compared with the control group, the whole level of the three indexes of S- / DD-RII-PI in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.01), and the survival time of the transition group was higher than that of the control group (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion the predictive value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography in fetal suspension is worthy of recognition and can be further applied in clinical practice.
