18748例阴道炎患者阴道分泌物检验结果分析

【摘要】：目的调查不同年龄阴道炎患者阴道分泌物清洁度、念珠菌、滴虫和线索细胞的检出情况。方法对2013年1月-12月在浙江萧山医院妇科门诊就诊的18 748例阴道炎患者阴道分泌物检测结果进行回顾性分析,患者分为5个年龄组,数据分析采用X2检验。结果清洁度Ⅰ~Ⅳ度检出率分别为2.92%、36.87%、42.85%和17.67%;念珠菌、滴虫和线索细胞检出率分别为15.7%、1.56%、8.01%;清洁度Ⅰ~Ⅱ度总检出率以20岁及以下年龄组最高(69.4%),Ⅲ~Ⅳ度总检出率以51岁及以上年龄组最高(70.27%),其中21~30岁年龄组清洁度Ⅲ度和念珠菌检出率均最高,51岁及以上年龄组清洁度Ⅳ度检出率最高;41~50岁年龄组滴虫和线索细胞检出率均最高。结论浙江萧山地区女性阴道炎防治现状不容乐观,不同年龄患者因生理因素和个人行为因素不同导致感染现况存在较大差异。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the detection of vaginal discharge cleanliness, candida, trichomonas and clue cells in patients with vaginitis of different ages.
