子宫内膜和卵巢部位原发双癌中c-myc和k-ras的表达

【摘要】：目的：分析宫腔宫内膜样腺癌和卵巢宫内膜样腺癌(原发双癌)两部位癌组织中c-myc和k-ras蛋白的表达是否相似,探讨两部位癌组织发生癌变的分子学变化是否相同。 方法：按子宫内膜和卵巢原发性双癌诊断标准收集青岛大学医学院附属医院妇科自2005年1月至2013年1月间收治的子宫内膜和卵巢原发双癌患者的癌组织标本共16份。其临床-病理分期均为Ⅰ期,病理类型分别为宫腔子宫内膜样腺癌和卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌。采用免疫组化PV-6000二步法分别检测c-myc和k-ras在此两部位癌组织中的表达。 结果：子宫内膜和卵巢两部位癌组织c-myc蛋白免疫表型表达相同者10例(62.5%),两部位癌组织c-myc蛋白免疫表型差异表达者6例(37.5%),差异无统计学意义,P=0.42；子宫内膜和卵巢两部位癌组织k-ras蛋白免疫表型表达相同者11例(68.75%),两部位癌组织k-ras蛋白免疫表型差异表达者5例(31.25%)。差异无统计学意义,P=0.14。 结论：子宫内膜和卵巢原发双癌两部位癌组织中,c-myc及k-ras蛋白表达相似,故两部位癌组织发生癌变时可能有相同的分子学变化,尚需进一步研究证实。
