【摘要】：近年来,尤其是自二胎政策开放以来,不孕患者数量急剧增加,并且越来越多的不孕症夫妇将IVF-ET技术作为他们生育的最终选择。但是在IVF-ET技术中各种促排卵药物的使用不仅影响了卵子的发育,同时也影响了内源性激素的平衡协调,从而干扰子宫内膜的正常发育和与胚胎发育的同步性,降低了子宫内膜的容受性,导致IVF-ET的种植率明显下降,这也明显制约了辅助生殖技术的发展,因此提高IVF-ET种植率是生殖界需要迫切解决的问题。
[Abstract]:In recent years, especially since the opening of the two-child policy, the number of infertile patients has increased dramatically, and more infertile couples regard IVF-ET technology as their final choice. However, the use of various ovulation drugs in IVF-ET not only affects the development of eggs, but also affects the balance and coordination of endogenous hormones, which interferes with the normal development of endometrium and synchronization with embryonic development. The implantation rate of IVF-ET decreased obviously, which also restricted the development of assisted reproductive technology. Therefore, increasing the implantation rate of IVF-ET is an urgent problem to be solved in reproductive field.
