三妙丸加减治疗湿热下注型HR-HPV持续感染的临床观察

【摘要】:目的:旨在通过观察三妙丸加减治疗湿热下注型HR-HPV感染的临床疗效,评价其疗效,以寻求一种有效治疗HR-HPV感染的中药组方,从而防治宫颈癌的发生。 方法:选取符合纳入标准的宫颈湿热下注型HR-HPV持续感染患者30例,根据患者先后就诊顺序分为治疗组、阳性药物对照组,每个组收集病例15例。根据中医药治疗本病的特点,结合临床经验,将4周定为1个疗程,连续使用三个疗程后评价其疗效。观察两组病例治疗前后症状的改善情况,并通过HCⅡ检测的变化,进行治疗前后自身对比和两组间对照。 结果:1、治疗前后,治疗组HPV转阴14例,阳性药物对照组HPV转阴5例,两组HPV转阴率比较无显著的统计学差异,但治疗组转阴率高于对照组。 2、治疗前后,治疗组与阳性药物对照组总有效率分别为:治疗组痊愈率60%,有效率100%;对照组痊愈率26.7%,有效率86.7%。两组比较无显著的统计学差异。但治疗组痊愈率及总有效率皆高于对照组。 结论:运用三妙丸加减治疗湿热下注型HR-HPV感染患者,临床疗效确切。此方不仅可以使患者的自觉带下和体征及舌脉等情况得到改善,还可以明显降低HPV病毒负荷量值,且安全可靠。
