水囊填塞在妇产科中的应用前景

【摘要】：目的评价水囊填塞术在妇产科中的应用疗效,分析其应用前景。方法选取2014年6月~2015年6月我院收治的产褥期大出血患者15例作为研究对象,进行水囊填塞术治疗,分析治疗疗效。结果术后所有患者的大出血情况均得到了有效控制,手术平均时间为(5.25±1.04)min,满意率为100%。结论为妇产科出现产后出血的患者进行水囊填塞术治疗疗效安全,见效快,在临床中具有广泛的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the curative effect of water bag tamponade in gynecology and obstetrics and analyze its application prospect. Methods from June 2014 to June 2015, 15 cases of puerperium massive hemorrhage were selected as the study object, and the therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results the bleeding was controlled effectively in all the patients after operation, the average operation time was (5.25 卤1.04) min, and the satisfaction rate was 100. Conclusion for the patients with postpartum hemorrhage in obstetrics and gynaecology, it is safe and effective for patients with postpartum hemorrhage.
