【摘要】：孕晚期,在一定情况下,为保证母儿安全必须适时终止妊娠,此时需要应用促宫颈成熟及引产药物。前列腺素类药物是目前最有效及首选的促官颈成熟药物,对于宫颈不成熟者效果显著。催产素对于宫颈Bishop评分较高(≥6分)者是首选的引产药物,由于其在使用过程中的易操控性,建议用于NST无反应型、羊水偏少或可疑胎盘功能减退者。米索前列醇对足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产有显著作用,也可选择应用。
