妊娠期高血压疾病对新生儿肾功能的影响研究

【摘要】:目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)对新生儿肾功能的影响,为改善新生儿生命质量提供依据。方法选取2012年7月—2013年12月芜湖市妇幼保健院和芜湖市第二人民医院收治的HDCP患者38例,选取同期在两家医院生产的健康孕妇45例,均以孕妇分娩的新生儿为研究对象,分别为观察组和对照组。于新生儿出生48 h后抽取血液3 ml,检测血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)及β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)。结果观察组新生儿、足月儿、早产儿的Cys-C、BUN、Cr、UA及β2-MG水平均分别高于对照组新生儿、足月儿、早产儿,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 HDCP孕妇分娩的新生儿肾功能较正常孕妇分娩的新生儿低下,HDCP与新生儿肾功能损伤有关。为提高新生儿生命质量,及时发现新生儿早期肾损害,建议同时监测血清Cys-C、BUN、Cr、UA及β2-MG。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of (HDCP) on neonatal renal function and provide evidence for improving the quality of life of neonates. Methods from July 2012 to December 2013, 38 patients with HDCP were selected from Wuhu Maternal and Child Health Hospital and the second people's Hospital of Wuhu, and 45 healthy pregnant women were selected from two hospitals in the same period. Observation group and control group respectively. Serum cystatin C (Cys-C), urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), uric acid (UA) and 尾 2 microglobulin (尾 2-MG) were measured 48 hours after birth. Results the levels of Cys-C,BUN,Cr,UA and 尾 2-MG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the neonatal renal function of HDCP pregnant women is lower than that of normal pregnant women. In order to improve the quality of life of newborns and detect early renal damage in newborns, it is suggested to monitor serum Cys-C,BUN,Cr,UA and 尾 2 MG simultaneously.
