复方聚乙二醇电解质散和甘露醇在妇科腹腔镜手术前肠道准备效果对比观察

【摘要】：目的为妇科腹腔镜手术患者探讨一种痛苦小、手术医生满意、操作简便易行的肠道准备方法。方法选取2015年1月~12月我院妇科收治的行腹腔镜手术患者136例作为研究对象,按入院单双日,将其分为观察组72例与对照组64例。观察组采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散清洁肠道,对照组采用甘露醇清洁肠道。观察两组患者的效果。结果观察组术前肠道清洁准备的总有效率为95.83%优于对照组的81.25%(P0.05);观察组服药前后电解质比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05),对照组服药前后电解质比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),且服药后与观察组服药后比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散在妇科腹腔镜手术前进行肠道清洁准备效果好,且安全、有效,不良反应少,患者耐受性较好,实施简便,值得临床推广使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore a simple and convenient method of intestinal preparation for gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients with less pain, satisfactory operation and easy operation. Methods from January to December 2015, 136 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were divided into two groups: observation group (n = 72) and control group (n = 64). Compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder was used to clean the intestine in the observation group and mannitol was used to clean the intestine in the control group. The effect of the two groups was observed. Results the total effective rate of intestinal cleaning preparation was 95.83% in the observation group and 81.25% in the control group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference in electrolyte between the observation group and the control group (P0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the difference was statistically significant compared with the observation group (P0.05). Conclusion the use of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in the preparation of intestinal cleaning before gynecological laparoscopic surgery is effective, safe, effective, less adverse reactions, better patient tolerance, simple implementation, and worthy of clinical application.
