外阴复发疣状癌1例

【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,47岁。因外阴癌术后15年复发,外院放疗后3个月,于2013年10月30日入院。1998年12月30日行外阴癌根治术,术后病理检查示:外阴高分化鳞癌,切缘基底部无瘤组织,左侧腹股沟深淋巴结有癌转移(1/3),双侧腹股沟浅淋巴结及右腹股沟深淋巴结未见癌转移(0/6,0/5)。定期随访,未见复发转移。2011年9月3日因外阴瘙痒就诊,妇科检查:术
[Abstract]:The patient was 47 years old. The vulvar cancer recurred 15 years after surgery and was admitted to hospital on October 30, 2013, 3 months after radiotherapy. On December 30, 1998, radical resection of vulvar carcinoma was performed. Pathological examination showed that vulvar squamous cell carcinoma was well differentiated, and there was no tumor at the base of the incisal margin. Cancer metastasis was found in the left deep inguinal lymph node (1 / 3), but not in the bilateral superficial inguinal lymph node and the right deep inguinal lymph node (0 / 6 / 0 / 5).
